Thundyr helps small businesses capture more leads and win more customers with our website plugins. As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to demoing to closing deals while building lasting relationships with small business owners. This role gives you the opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue and grow your career as a key member our early sales team.

About the role

  • Connect with small businesses and clearly communicate how Thundyr's tools can help them grow.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualifying leads to product demos and closing deals.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities through outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
  • Help refine sales messaging and outreach strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Share your knowledge and help others on the team develop their sales skills as we grow.
  • Collaborate with the team to set sales goals, track performance, and continuously improve our approach.

Your experience & skills

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, and close new business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with small business owners and understanding their pain points.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a growing company.
  • Self-motivated and driven to hit goals without needing constant direction.
