If you complete the estimate calculator on the Website or through our businesses or any third party, it may be necessary to provide personal information to complete the application including your address, contact information, employment, and other financial information. We may share your application information with the business(es) you selected, however, we will not use your personal information for interest-based advertising.
  
  By providing us your telephone number, you expressly consent, under the E-SIGN ACT and other applicable consent rules including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, to the business(es) you selected and its vendors and service providers, calling your phone using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or artificial or prerecorded voice for the purpose of answering your inquiry and offering other services and goods available on this website. Legal Disclaimer

In addition to the foregoing disclosures contained in this Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to disclose your personally-identifiable information as required by law and when believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms or policies or another agreement into which we have entered with you, or as otherwise required by law.

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that Thundyr delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights), we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception described under California law applies.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California Privacy rights. We will not:

• Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
• Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
• Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information's value and contain written terms that describe the program's material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

How to Opt Out

Users may opt out of receiving information via the unsubscribe link contained at the bottom of certain emails but should note that opting-out does not prevent us from contacting you regarding your account or any transactions.

Email marketing campaigns published by us may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include but shall not be limited to: the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates, and frequency of activity. This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the User with more relevant content based around their activity.

Do Not Track (DNT) Disclosure

Please note that while you may have the opportunity to opt out of targeted advertising as discussed in the "How to Opt Out" section above, and you may be able to control the use of cookies through your Web browser as described in the "Use of Cookies" section below, some Web browsers may also give you the ability to enable a "do not track" setting.
