Your Privacy Choices
As required by California law (CCPA and CPRA), this page allows California residents to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information and manage how their data is used by Thundyr and our business clients.
Thundyr provides website tools to small businesses and charges them a monthly fee for access. That fee may be considered a "sale" under California law. We do not share your personal information with any third parties, except for the specific business that offers you access to the Thundyr tool.
Because Thundyr is embedded on that business's website, certain information is required to generate your estimate. If you would like to receive an estimate without transmitting your personal contact details to the business, follow the opt-out steps below.
How to opt out
- Use the Thundyr estimate tool until you reach the Contact step where you're asked to enter your personal information.
- For First name and Last name, enter any random words (these will act as your security passphrase).
- For Phone, enter 10 random digits.
- For Email, enter:
optout@example.com. -
After submitting, visit https://www.thundyr.com/contact and provide:
- your security passphrases (from steps 2 and 3);
- the date you used the tool;
- a valid email address where we can send your estimate; and
- a short note stating that you are exercising your California opt-out rights.
Note: In order to generate your estimate, the address of the property may still be shared with the business. No other personal information (such as your name, phone number, or email) will be transmitted.
You may still share your estimate with the business on your own terms if you choose to move forward.
