Active plugins are the number of Thundyr plugins you can have live on your website at the same time, based on your plan. For example, if your plan includes 2 active plugins, that means you can use up to two plugins at once, either different plugin types (like Estimate, Appointment, or Finance) or multiple versions of the same type.
Once you subscribe, we'll meet with you to help configure your settings and send install instructions to your website provider. The install is simple — just one line of HTML (a script tag) added to the bottom of each page. Most businesses are up and running within a few days, but if your website host is quick and you're ready to roll, it's possible to go live in as little as one day.
Yes, each plan (except Scale) covers one website domain only. If you have multiple businesses or websites, you'll need a separate plan for each. But don't worry — you can easily manage and switch between all of them from your Thundyr Portal account.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time! Simply go to your 'Website Settings' and select the option to manage your subscription. Should you choose to cancel, your plugins will remain active until the end of your billing period. All cancellations will take place at the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes, every plan comes with a 45-day money-back guarantee from the date you signed up. If Thundyr isn't the right fit for your business, you can cancel within that window and we'll give you a full refund.
Yes, all plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
